Chester Daniel
Chester Daniel is the founder of Customized Applied Data, a business strategy consulting entity. Chester meets with board members and executives of religious organizations and companies to assist as they move forward into the often uncharted waters of change. As an independent advisor, Chester see clients challenged by complexity as they struggle to develop and execute relevant strategies effectively. Chester's contribution to your inquiry is the union of his experience in gathering and analyzing statistical data, with a deep interest in leadership behavior and how it affects results. He helps organizations identify problems that are stifling their growth while helping to discover ways to increase their future performance through strategic planning. Chester grew up in Barbados, West Indies, and immigrated to the United States in 1983. In 1988 he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey, and in 2002 with a Masters of Science Degree from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida. After college, he spent more than 20 years working in management and served as the President and CEO of the Urban League of Kansas in Wichita, Kansas.
